coast redwood
the coast redwood can grow to 320 feet high and can be higher than a skyscraper. the coast redwood can live for more than 2000 years. most of these trees live from central california to southern oregon. the precipitation where these trees live is from 40 to 100 inches. the coast redwood is the highest tree you can find on earth. the temperate rainforest has the nutrients that coast redwoods need to grow really high like having the temperature and soil the tree needs. the tree grows really high in order to have the nutrients like having the sun.
